Submission of an (internal) report (law 4990/2022) to the Officer for Receipt and Monitoring of Reports (O.R.M.R.)

Officer for Receiving and Monitoring Reports (O.R.M.R.) of the National Centralized Health Procurement Authority (N.C.H.P.A.) for issues that fall within the scope of Law 4990/2022, with which Greece adopted the directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, is designated the Head of the Directorate of Administrative Services, Mrs. Kantziou Chrysanthi.

(Internal) reports can be submitted, named or anonymously, in the following ways:

1. In writing:

– In person or by post at the Authority’s headquarters (Averof 12A, P.C. 10433, Athens) in an envelope marked “Into consideration of the O.R.M.R.” or “Reference of Law 4990/2022” or any other that indicates that the report falls under the provisions of Law 4990/2022.

– By email to the email address yppa@ekapy.gov.gr

2. Orally:

– Through a personal meeting of the reporting person with the O.R.M.R., following a request which is submitted either via email to the e-mail address yppa@ekapy.gov.gr or verbally on the telephone line 2132037564 (Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00).

– By telephone on the telephone line 2132037564, if the reporting person has legally consented. In this case, the content of the report submitted by telephone is documented either by recording the conversation in a stable and retrievable format or by a complete and accurate transcription of the conversation in minutes drawn up by the O.R.M.R. giving the reporting person the opportunity to verify, correct and agree to the final transcript of the conversation by signing the relevant record.
