Project Management

EKAPY is responsible, among others, for the following:

• The support of the Ministry of Health and its supervised bodies as beneficiaries of operational programs both in their preparation and integration, as well as in the execution, monitoring and receipt of actions and projects.
• The undertaking as an implementing body, beneficiary of the execution of projects or actions within the framework of each operational program from any source of funding, and projects of responsibility following a programmatic agreement on behalf of the Ministry of Health and its supervised bodies.
• The provision of staff support services as well as support in the planning, implementation and utilization of projects and actions at the Ministry of Health through a programmatic agreement, in the context of the implementation of the strategy and the implementation of the projects of the Ministry of Health and its supervised bodies.
