2. Circulars
Documents related to EKAPY procedures and systems are recorded, including:
- Initialization of the production operation of an information system for ordering medicines from hospitals (SAA: ROKΨ46ΜΨΦ-6Ξ9).
- Initialization of the productive operation of the information system of EKAPY regarding the registration of hospital drug orders (Declaration of data, Declaration of users) (SAA: 9HEF46PSIF-EO7)

3. Ministerial Decisions (YA)
- EKAPY is responsible for the provision of central and auxiliary purchasing activities (Government Gazette B-02307, 2023).
- Determination of contracts and frameworks for 2023-2024, in accordance with article 41 of Law 4412/2016 (Government Gazette B-02308).
4. Joint Ministerial Decisions (JSRs)
- Calculation and reservation of resources in favor of EKAPY. The withholding rates and their procedure are regulated, in accordance with article 5 par. 1b of Law 4865/2021. (Government Gazette 4082-ISSUE B-2024)

- Transmission of the joint Ministerial Decision no. Γ2γ/Γ.Π.15074/2024 Government Gazette 4082/Β/12-7-2024 regarding the determination of the amount, the method of calculation, the procedure for withholding and attributing the deduction in favor of E.K.A.P.Y. as well as the other relevant details of the implementation of par. b of par. 1 of article 5 of the
