[By submitting a request through the Digital User Support Platform, your request is automatically recorded in the electronic request management system of our organization and you will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number (ticket). Using this number, you can monitor the progress of your request or contact the relevant services again.]

It is noted that: If you are a certified user of an application (see Applications section) you can submit any question regarding the use of the application, through the respective application – Contact Form and it will be examined/answered accordingly.
