EKAPY applies “zero tolerance” to incidents of bribery and is committed to implementing its work with the highest standards of ethics, ethics and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulatory framework. This anti-bribery policy, in accordance with the ISO 37001:2016 standard, describes EKAPY’s commitment to the prevention of bribery and corruption in all its forms. This policy applies to all personnel, directors, employees, contractors and any third parties acting on its behalf.
EKAPY prohibits all forms of bribery (offering, giving, receiving or soliciting bribes, monetary rewards, commissions or any other illegal transaction), whether they are public officials or individuals, and is committed to comply with all relevant anti-bribery laws, with the legislative framework on ethics, conduct and ethics, as well as with the relevant provisions of the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct of its Employees. For the implementation of the above principles, EKAPY has developed and implements an Anti-Bribery System in accordance with the ISO 37001:2016 standard, which has the following general objectives:
EKAPY has established, documented, implemented, maintains and continuously reviews and, where necessary, improves an Anti-Bribery Management System, including the required procedures and their interactions, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 37001 standard. Staff are required to faithfully apply this Policy, the Code and the Procedures of the Anti-Bribery Management System. It is also encouraged to immediately report any suspected or actual incident of bribery, corruption, violence, harassment, non-application of laws and in general any incident of non-implementation of the EKAPY Code of Conduct through the established reporting channels of EKAPY based on the relevant Procedures. Reports will be treated confidentially and whistleblowers will be protected.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, as well as legal action, in accordance with applicable laws.
