This support includes:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Guidance in the formulation of technical specifications<\/strong> for supplies and projects, in accordance with national and European standards.<\/li><li><strong>Support in planning and documentation of needs and budgets<\/strong> for each project or procurement.<\/li><li><strong>Ensuring transparency, legality and compliance<\/strong> with applicable legislation and public procurement procedures.<\/li><li><strong>Monitor the implementation of projects and supplies<\/strong>, ensuring that schedules and budgets are adhered to.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p><strong>Standard documents<\/strong><\/p><p>EKAPY develops, updates and makes <strong>available standard technical, administrative and procedural documents<\/strong> for use by contracting entities.<br>These standards aim to:<\/p><ul><li>the harmonisation of procedures;<\/li><li>enhancing legal certainty and transparency;<\/li><li>facilitating the comparability and evaluation of procurement.<\/li><\/ul><p>Standardisation of processes is a key tool for achieving economies of scale and ensuring uniform quality standards.<\/p><p> <\/p><p><strong>Trainings and Seminars<\/strong><\/p><p>EKAPY designs and implements education <strong>, training and skills development<\/strong> programs for the executives of the contracting authorities in the health sector. The programs focus on:<\/p><ul><li>improving knowledge of the institutional framework of public procurement,<\/li><li>the proper use of procurement information systems,<\/li><li>inventory and supply chain management;<\/li><li>strategic procurement best practices.<\/li><\/ul><p>Through training, professional competence is promoted and the administrative capacity of institutions is strengthened.<\/p><p> <\/p><p><strong>Circulars and Instructions<\/strong><\/p><p>EKAPY issues <strong>circulars, guidelines and information notes<\/strong> with the aim of uniformly implementing the institutional framework of procurement in the health sector.
